Currently, there isn't a distinction between user roles in Abby, however, we have some exciting functionality coming soon that will take full advantage of these roles.
It is recommended that you implement these roles now to ensure that your practice is ready to go when we launch these features.
Practice Owner:
This is the person who created your practice and is ultimately responsible for permissions, settings and billing.
Practice Owner:

Practice Admin:
This role will share similar roles to the practice owner, but in time, this role, a practice owner may get more advanced settings.
Practice Accountant:
This role will be for accountants and bookkeepers in your practice who will be working on a job. Their permissions will be limited to what is needed to create and complete a job.
Practice Admin:
This role will be for administrative staff in your practice who will be working on a job up to the point of review.
